Alopecia Universalis (Universal Salvation is what it means...hidden meaning?)

I was born with Alopecia Universalis (Universal Salvation is what it means...hidden meaning? REEL AVAILABLE HERE: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUd5_JXDqVv/?igsh=MXhqNXJpMnVydm5yYQ==)(permanent full body hairloss disease) for all of my existence, my beloved mother called me her miracle baby being born a mere 1LBS 9OZS 13 inches long 3 months premature, only alive because God said no to death along with the help of the amazing team doctors who kept me stabilized at Mercy hospital, it came with its challenges and hardship, and just now our Gracious Triune God revealed the truth as to why this was so, hopefully this will enlighten and help someone else in their birth defects because GOD LOVES US NO MATTER WHAT DEFORMITIES WE ARE BORN WITH IT IS ALWAYS WITH A PURPOSE:
