COMMUNION OF SAINTS VENERATION AND INTERCESSION PRAYER
ETERNAL Father, I wish to honor and seek the intercessions of (list any number of Saints), and I give You thanks for all the graces You have bestowed upon (them). I ask You to please increase graces in my soul through the merits of these saints, and I commit the end of my life to them by this special prayer and unfailing promise of our Lady who promised us the aid of the entire Heavenly Court, so that by virtue of Your goodness and promises, all of these (mention them) might be my advocates and provide whatever is needed whenever I have recourse to them by the promise merited to us by our Lady of the Holy Rosary. Amen.
